I bought the speakers for two reasons:
1. To try out instead of an existing Hi-Sense soundbar which I found disappointing. Speakers performed well and cost less than soundbar. Proper stereo separation with a variety of settings to suit audio requirement. Volume in living room was staggering even at half level. Bluetooth connection showed distinct lag concerning lip-synchronisation with Sharp TV connection but HDMI-ARC fixed that though need to buy a longer cable to suit room. Have ordered latest ultra hi-speed. Not Majority fault.
2. To add proper sound to laptop. Using bluetooth less of a lipsync lag than with TV. If listening rather than looking not a problem but will try with HDMI/ARC at some time for watching films.
If you place an order make sure you have two AAA batteries. None supplied with remote. No headphone socket, if that’s important to you. For me they work so well instead of the soundbar I’m ready to buy a second pair for the laptop.
