Since 1965, Her Royal Majesty has been celebrating the UK’s exciting and innovative businesses by honouring them with the Queen’s Award for Enterprise. The Queen’s Award for Enterprise is awarded to businesses for outstanding achievement in four categories: International Trade, Innovation, Sustainable Development and Promoting Opportunity (through social mobility) to recognise businesses who promote social mobility. From small businesses with a great innovative product or service to a large corporation running an impressive social mobility programme, the awards are a prestigious way to recognise a business’ contribution to enterprise.
