Quite chuffed with this radio. Compact and feels well made. Love the tactile buttons for on/off and volume – ideal for operating the radio by touch when in bed. I mostly use it to listen to speech radio; sound quality and volume are good (reasonable for music too). A lot less interference than I had with my previous FM radio, even with the aerial not extended.
Initially didn’t pick up many DAB stations but have rescanned outdoors and picked up many stations – lots I’ve never heard of. Pleased to find some new listening fodder. Pre-sets work well, good to have separate pre-sets for FM and DAB; and 10 for each is great.
It seems quite pricey but hopefully it will keep working for many years. Shame it doesn’t have a replaceable battery to be truly sustainable. It would also have been nice to have a short strap so the radio could be dangled from a hook.
Overall, very happy. 🙂

I received the radio today and am delighted with it. It’s beautifully small and sounds much better than expected for its size. Within a couple minutes, it found all the available stations in our area. That was an amazing result as I forgot to extend the aerial until (a) I realised that it was already scanning for stations and (b) I am on the wrong side of the hill for good reception! What a brilliant start!

Fantastic little unit. Bought one for mother in February, and was so impressed got another for myself within weeks. Easy to set-up & use. Great reception (FM & DAB) and sound. Super happy; thanks guys!!!
