Where did you buy your product? Amazon
The directions are not, in my opinion, clear. They assume that you already know what all of the hook up options are for. I do not. It appears to me that I could use any of the options available to connect the soundbar to my T.V.. Audio out plug, USB or bluetooth. So I bought a USB A to USB A cable, for $30, to hook the soundbar to my TV. Didn’t work. Wound up using the, short mind you, audio out/in cord supplied. Yaaee it works!! Bck to Best Buy to buy a longer one and return the USB. Directions should leave nothing to the imagination. Assume your customer has no clue as to what he/she is looking at and explain every option and an example of what it can be used for and, especially, what it cannot be used for. Just because you happen to have a USB plug on your TV and on your sound bar doesn’t mean that, connecting them together with a cable, will bring sound to your sound bar.
