Where did you buy your product? It was a gift
The Sierra Plus 2.1.2 Dolby Atmos Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer provides a 3-D soundscape, perfect for movies and music. The Sierra Plus features impressive sound quality, and you can definitely notice a difference to other soundbars without Dolby Atmos. It’s perfectly paired with Dolby Atmos integrated movies and music, and sounds absolutely incredible. However, it does sound great with regular content. A definite must have to step up your home entertainment!

When I received the product I couldn’t wait to open the box and hook it up. Unpacking was simple and scanned the code to retrieve the instructions online. Set up was simple. Just plugged it in and plugged in the subwoofer turned it on and it automatically paired. I used an arc cable to connect it to the arc port on the back of the TV and installation Was complete. The remote control is simple to use and works great. The sound is more than what I expected and the quality is great the bass is great and it fills the room with Theater quality sound. I highly recommend the Sierra Plus.
