Where did you buy your product? Majority
Just received the radio which I am very pleased with. It is compact and the sound is excellent for such a device. Being a person of a certain age I must say that the video instructions were not helpful. The written instructions are better and that helped me to set up in both DAB and FM preset stations. However getting to the presets was hard work. It took time to identify how to select a radio station that was not Absolute! I have preset 2 stations that I do not want and wish to know how to make them “empty” again!. This is why I rated it 4 and not 5. I like the dimmer function. So can work as a bedtime radio alarm. It is easily portable but I guess I need to be careful with the antenna so as not to dent it. There are no set up instructions in the box. In time I am sure I will get the knack of this and find it most useful and enjoy listening to the radio (which I do a great deal).
